Tsi Niionkwarihó:ten · Our Ways
Helping each other is part of who we are.
Volunteer Kahnawà:ke connects people who want to help with the people and organizations who need them the most - and gives that care somewhere to grow.

Our heart
Long before there was a word for it, Kahnawà:ke took care of its own. Neighbours came together, whether it was to raise a barn or to raise each other up. Food arrived before it was asked for. Hands showed up where hands were needed.
Volunteer Kahnawà:ke did not invent this spirit of collective and community. It gathers it, and helps it bloom again in a shape that fits the world we live in now - so the care that was always here has somewhere to keep growing.
We're not starting something new - we're remembering.
